Remodeling
Projects bigger than one trade.
When a job needs framing, systems, and finish work, you need one company that owns all of it. That's what a general contractor is for.
Why one contractor matters here.
Some projects don't fit a single category: a garage conversion, structural repairs after a remodel gone wrong, a house that needs a little of everything before it can be sold or rented.
We plan the order of work, schedule every trade ourselves, and keep the job moving. Because our crews do the work, nobody is waiting on a sub who has three other jobs that week.

Questions
What does a general contractor actually do?
A general contractor takes responsibility for the whole project: planning it, scheduling every trade, doing or supervising the work, and making sure it passes inspection. With A&M, the trades are our own crews.
Is A&M licensed?
